Marketing Lead

Prospectus is thrilled to partner with a leading organisation to recruit for a Marketing Lead on a maternity cover contract. This organisation stands as a prominent provider of health and social care services within a faith-based community.

Please note this is a full-time role being offered on a fixed term contract.

The Marketing Lead will project manage, develop, and execute marketing activities and campaigns for priority services such as Care Homes, a support line, Retirement Living, and mental health services.

The Marketing Lead will also develop and implement engaging communications across various channels. Additionally, the post-holder will also have the opportunity to conduct competitor reviews and mystery shopping for key services as identified by senior colleagues. Furthermore, the Marketing Lead will maintain accessibility across all the marketing functions and the website.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with leading both traditional and online advertising campaigns. They should also be familiar with working alongside health and social care services, showing they can work well in that field. It's important they've successfully made marketing plans in different kinds of organisations, like charities, government, or businesses. They need to know how to make marketing materials that follow the rules and can reach everyone, no matter their needs.  

The right candidate will have the knowledge to ensure their messaging is clear and easy for everyone to understand and be aware of ways to make sure people with disabilities aren't left out.
